Jeffrey M. Lampiasi - Partner
Jeffrey M. Lampiasi is the founding partner of Lampiasi Law Firm LLP. He started the Firm in 2000, after having spent a combined total of 12 years in private practice in the real estate departments of two of New York’s premier law firms, Proskauer Rose LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
Mr. Lampiasi has extensive experience providing counsel to a diverse group of owners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants, ranging in size and sophistication from single property owners to publicly-traded REITs, on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He is particularly skilled at finding simple and creative solutions to complex and challenging real estate and legal issues.
