One Brooklyn Bridge Park Condominium, Brooklyn, NY:  Represented the RAL Companies and Affiliates in the acquisition and financing of a million square foot warehouse on the waterfront in Brooklyn Heights and the subsequent re-development of the property as a mixed use condominium including over 430 apartments, 2 parking garages and 70,000 square feet of retail space.

Loft 25 Condominium, New York, NY:  Represented the RAL Companies and Affiliates in the acquisition and financing of a former printing factory in SoHo and the subsequent re-development of the property as a residential condominium including 80 apartments.Represented the RAL Companies and Affiliates in the acquisition and financing of a former printing factory in SoHo and the subsequent re-development of the property as a residential condominium including 80 apartments.

72 Mercer Street Condominium, New York, NY:  ​Represented the owners of a paved parking lot in SoHo in a joint venture with a local real estate developer for the construction and development of a mixed use condominium property containing 8 apartments and a large retail storefront.

Mixed Use Condominium, New York, NY:  Represented the minority shareholders in a dispute regarding the development of a mixed use condominium property in Greenwich Village. Responsibilities included the renegotiation of Shareholders’ Agreement, Voting Rights Agreement and Corporate ByLaws, the Restructuring of Corporate Governance and Profit Distributions and the review of refinancing documents on behalf of the minority interests.

​Telluride Mountain Village, CO:  Represented the RAL Companies and Affiliates in the acquisition and financing of several vacant land lots in Telluride Mountain Village, CO and the subsequent development of the properties as a mixed use resort / spa / timeshare / condominium property. Responsibilities included bridge / acquisition / construction financing, mezzanine financing and joint venture agreement, coordination of all municipal approvals and entitlements, coordination of hotel management agreements, agreements with architect and construction manager and settlement of mechanics lien claims.
